Shipping policy
All orders ship from our warehouse in California. We are a US-based company and have been shipping professional security equipment since 2006.
Shipping rates

Processing time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on a business day are typically processed the same day; orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
US orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
Please note that processing time and delivery time are separate. Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at support@securityvideodirect.com.
Shipping to a job site
If you need an order delivered to a job site rather than your billing address, enter the site address as the shipping address at checkout. For time-sensitive installations, contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether the items are in stock and when they can ship.
Missing or damaged shipments
Please inspect your package on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, contact us at support@securityvideodirect.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the product so we can file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement.
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
International orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the shipping rate and are collected by your local customs authority.
